  • 45g mixed salad leaves
  • 50g red onion
  • 75g grated carrot
  • 75g chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 40g grated carrot
  • 15g sweetcorn
  • 125g hard tofu fried in a pan
  • Juice of 1 lemon

How to make:-

  1. Chop all ingredients, add to a bowl to mix then drizzle with lemon juice and serve
