INGREDIENTS (serves 20)
- 95g Goji berries
- 80g pistachio nuts
- 8g white Chia seeds
- 130g raw almonds
- 150g pitted dates
- 50ml water
- 50g Vanilla Protein Powder
How to make:-
- Blitz berries, nuts and dates in a food processor then place in a bowl
- Add water and protein powder and mix well using hands
- Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
