INGREDIENTS (serves 20)

  • 95g Goji berries
  • 80g pistachio nuts
  • 8g white Chia seeds
  • 130g raw almonds
  • 150g pitted dates
  • 50ml water
  • 50g Vanilla Protein Powder

How to make:-

  1. Blitz berries, nuts and dates in a food processor then place in a bowl
  2. Add water and protein powder and mix well using hands
  3. Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
