INGREDIENTS
- 60g rolled oats
- 125g low fat cottage cheese
- 4 egg whites
- 2.5ml vanilla essence
- 1g cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
HOW TO MAKE
- Mix ingredients together into a bowl
- Heat a large frying pan and add mixture to pan in a small dollop, allowing to become into a flat pancake shape as it cooks
- Repeat using rest of mixture
- Serve with your choice of berries
